A Vendoo alternative for eBay-first sellers

Vendoo is a good tool. If your business runs across Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and eBay at the same time, its crossposting genuinely saves hours, and this page will tell you to use it. But a lot of sellers searching for a Vendoo alternative have noticed something specific: Vendoo helps you distribute a listing you already wrote. The writing is still your job. The photos-to-finished-listing part, the research, the title, the item specifics, the price, all of that still happens by hand before Vendoo does its thing.
Vendlists starts one step earlier. You upload photos, and it identifies the item, checks recent eBay sold comps, writes the title, description, and item specifics, suggests three prices, and publishes to your eBay store. Common questions
Is Vendlists a full Vendoo replacement?
Only if eBay is your marketplace. Vendlists does not crosspost to Poshmark, Mercari, or Depop, and does not plan to pretend otherwise. If crossposting is your job to be done, Vendoo does it well. If creating eBay listings is the bottleneck, that is exactly what Vendlists automates.
Can I use Vendlists and Vendoo together?
Yes, and some sellers should. Create and publish your eBay listings with Vendlists, then import them into Vendoo to crosspost to other marketplaces. Vendoo imports existing eBay listings, so the two stack cleanly.
Which is cheaper?
The entry price is the same ($14.99/mo), but the units differ. Vendoo Starter gives unlimited items you list by hand, with AI enhancement starting on the $29.99 plan. Vendlists gives 25 listings a month where the research and writing are done for you. Cheaper depends on whether your scarce resource is money or listing time.
Does Vendoo write listings from photos like Vendlists does?
As of our last check (August 12, 2026), Vendoo offers AI Listing Enhancement, which improves listing content, plus background removal. Its flow assumes you create the listing. Vendlists generates the complete listing from photos, including item specifics and comps-based pricing, and publishes straight to eBay.
