Terms of Service

Vendlists is a listing automation platform for eBay sellers. We help you create, manage, and optimize your eBay listings. We're a tool that works with your eBay account — we don't buy or sell items ourselves.

You need an account to use Vendlists. Use accurate information — we verify emails. One account per person. If we catch fake accounts, we shut them down.

Why: Real people with real accounts means a safer platform for everyone.

To use Vendlists, you authorize us to manage listings on your eBay account via eBay's official API. You can revoke this access at any time. You remain responsible for all activity on your eBay account, including listings created through Vendlists.

Vendlists offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

• Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple/Google respectively. Cancellation and refund policies for those purchases are governed by the respective app store.
• Subscriptions purchased through our website are processed by our payment provider. Refunds for unused portions of the current billing period are available upon request within 7 days of renewal.

You may purchase additional AI generation credits as one-time purchases. Credits are added to your account immediately and do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.

Listing content (photos, descriptions, pricing) you create through Vendlists belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content. We store it to provide the service and sync it with eBay on your behalf.

Use Vendlists for legitimate eBay selling. Don't use it to create listings that violate eBay's policies, spam listings, or engage in any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

• Attempting to circumvent API rate limits or abuse our systems
• Multiple accounts or identity fraud
• Reverse engineering or scraping our platform

Vendlists is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that AI-generated listings will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and editing listings before publishing to eBay. We are not liable for eBay policy violations, listing inaccuracies, lost sales, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Vendlists.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. We'll try to notify you first, but reserve the right to act immediately if necessary to protect the platform or other users.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We'll remove your data and revoke eBay API access. Any listings already published on eBay will remain on eBay — we don't delete those automatically.

We'll update these terms as Vendlists evolves. Major changes will be announced via email. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
